Description
The Automatic Hexagonal Wire Mesh Machine is designed to produce high-quality hexagonal wire mesh with fully automatic operation. Both longitudinal and cross wires are fed directly from wire coils, eliminating manual handling and increasing productivity. This machine is ideal for processing low-carbon steel wire or stainless-steel wire to create mesh used in fencing, poultry cages, construction, agriculture, and gabion manufacturing.
With a robust structure, low noise operation, and stable performance, the machine ensures smooth production with minimal downtime. The mesh size and width are adjustable as per customer requirements, making it suitable for multiple applications. Equipped with an electro-magnetic adjustable welding speed system, it provides precise output and easy control. The complete system includes a main welding unit, electrical control cabinet, repair & cutting table, wire straightening & rolling unit, and support rollers for mesh collection.
