The Fully Automatic Double Wire Chain Link Fencing Machine is engineered to produce high-quality and durable chain link fencing with complete automation. Designed for high-speed production, it uses double wire feeding technology to ensure strong, uniform, and precise mesh output. Both vertical and cross wires are automatically fed, woven, and knuckled or twisted, reducing manual labor and increasing productivity. This machine is ideal for manufacturing fencing used for security boundaries, playgrounds, farms, residential & industrial premises, airports, railways, and sports grounds.
Built with a heavy-duty body, advanced control system, and low-noise operation, the machine ensures continuous production with minimal downtime. Mesh width and mesh size can be easily customized as per customer requirements. The PLC automated system provides user-friendly operation with accurate control of mesh dimensions, speed, and cutting functions. The machine includes automatic wire feeding, mesh weaving, edge knuckling or twisting system, cutting unit, and rolling unit for automatic mesh collection.
