1. Applications:
Manufacture of welded wire mesh in rolls and panel or sheet working with line wires filled direct from coils and cross wires filled before pre cutting and pre straightening.
2. Workable wire diameter:
Line wire diameter – 2.4mm – 5mm (Direct From coil)
Cross wire diameter- 2.4mm – 5mm (pre cutting and straightening)
3. Workable wire Fence Orientation hole size.
For wire diameter 2.4mm-
Hole size make 25mm to 200mm-width max 5ft
For wire diameter 2.5mm to 5mm
Hole size make 25m to 200m- Width max- 2 meter
4. Fence Width and length.
Roll Width- max. 2 Meter (adjustable)
Roll length- Max- 100ft (adjustable)
5. Production capacity
40 to 80 time welding stroke per minute. (Its depended on wire quality and hole size)
Exp. 2*2 Inch Hole size, 5ft mesh width, 11 Gauge wire diameter= 350kg/Hour.
6. Raw Material.
Low carbon Ms wire and Galvanized wire. (Low Carbon 0.06-0.01%)
